Summary of terms and conditions

• Hirers need to be aged between 25 and 75 unless otherwise agreed in advance

• Hirers will have a full valid UK / EU driving license that has been held for a minimum of 2 years. Other driving licences will need to be checked with the insurance company 

• To hire the campervan a booking deposit of £150 is required along with a completed insurance and booking form. The deposit is not refundable

• Full settlement of the balance is required 6 weeks before the start of your hire

• A security deposit will be taken before the campervan is hired. This can vary between £500 and £750 depending on your driving history, medical details and any other factor the insurance company considers relevant

• Maximum mileage allowance is 100 miles per day, averaged out over the duration of your rental period
